Virgin’s new offering: UTStarcom’s Arc for $49.99

Virgin Mobile has released a new phone called Arc that has been sourced by UTStarcom. It is targeted at those who don’t find anything fancy about fancy and highly priced handsets. But the fact that it comes with a VGA camera, dual color display, speakerphone and Bluetooth for just $49.99 is astonishing, though it still can’t beat a feature rich LG rumor phone when it’s about phones that are high on features and low on price. This new Black-and-Red themed flip phone is available on Virgin Mobile’s website.
