HTC Hero spotted running Android OS 2.1

If these screenshots are to be believed, HTC will skip the Android OS 2.0 update for Hero and instead roll out v2.1 or Flan. What it brings under the hood is still a mystery but there are some tweaks on the Sense UI front. The home screen supports landscape orientation, which is not possible currently. Another thing that is evident is a dock for different radios/connectivity on the home scree, which will presumably make it easier to activate or deactivate these services.
