So you love the ocean. You have everything that Jacques Cousteau has ever done on DVD and you spend all of your spare time in the water cataloging undersea critters, not to mention being in the broadway production of Finding Nemo. So it’s no surprise that a plain old USB flash drive just won’t fit into your life.
This flash drive on the other hand is perfect for your fish-fetish. Apparently the firefly squid is a big deal in Japan. Each spring it comes to the surface for an elaborate mating ritual filled with blue bioluminescence. But I’m sure you knew that already fish-geek. It’s only $70 and holds 2GB. Just don’t set it on your Aquarium sink, it might confuse your fish.

Aluratek announced the other day it has a new USB flash drive like device which acts as a portable Internet radio of sorts. It is called the Internet Radio Jukebox and you’ll find it pricing around $40.
The Aluratek Internet Radio Jukebox is designed to let you have a plug-n-play experience in which you have a user interface providing access to over 13,000 Internet radio stations. This Internet Explorer interface pops up after you plug the Jukebox into a USB port, letting you search for audio programming via the top ten channels by region, by genre, by specific artists, or by songs, as well as a host of other custom search criteria.
Other features of the Jukebox include audio reception quality control and the ability to save search results for later station access. It is available now.

Joining such USB drives as the Aigo and the bottle opener USB drive, here’s another that’s actually useful for more then just holding data. The eraser flash drive. Because sometimes you gotta, you know, erase stuff.
Instructables will show you how to make one, if the one you have now is just too ugly or with a broken case. Then you’ll know the joy of being able to erase whenever your USB drive is near. Assuming you still use a pencil, that is.

Mahjong tiles can be considered an art form, just like the game and now you can get in on the action with a Mahjong USB flash drive. It’s called the MahjongDisk and it’s a handcrafted USB flash drive made to look like three Mahjong tiles stacked together.
Thing is at $400 you might as well just make your own. The $400 drive is constructed from wood and available in 8GB or 16GB capacities. The Lan-Xue model will retail for another $100 compare to the Li-Shui, and both use materials found in classic Chinese furniture. Read and write speeds have been rated at 18MB/s and 15MB/s. The price includes getting them engraved with whatever you like, with something like, “I paid $400 and all I got was this lousy USB flash drive”.

You know, I don’t know what this says about us as a society, but for some reason this gadget truly exists. What we have here is an authentic beer-filled USB flash drive that even features 3D “optional customizable floating objects” inside. With this liquid storage device you can celebrate your love of beer by always having some with you.
And if things ever get too dry and you find yourself in need of a hit, I’m sure you could break it and get just enough booze to wet your beak. Though I wouldn’t recommend it, you don’t wanna choke on those “optional customizable floating objects”. Storage size ranges from 128 MB to 8GB. You might also want to be careful that you don’t crack it and feed your laptop beer.

So you’re looking for a gift for your uncle Fester, but a normal run of the mill flash drive just won’t cut it. You need something more specific, something morbid, something dead and void of flesh, not to mention separated from it’s body. This 2GB USB 2.0 compliant flash memory shaped like a human skull might be just the thing. For a normal user, it might look odd to have a skull sticking out of a USB socket, unless it’s Halloween, but with your family it will fit right in with the cobwebs and coffins. Only $19. Maybe give it a little wig or something.
