Here’s a unique mouse. Probably good for drug dealers and those who like weighing really small objects. It’s a standard USB optical mouse, but it also flips open to reveal a digital scale. I’m not sure how much a quality drug scale will run you these days, but at $50, the Optical Mouse & Digital Scale will allow you to rip off your customers while at the same time read your favorite blogs. It should also hide the fact that you have a small drug scale, like during a raid.
The Digital Scale has a 500g (17.635oz) weight capacity with readability to .1g (0.005oz). So it’s for real small operations. There’s also an internal rechargeable battery if you want to use the scale without being hooked up to the USB cord.
Great gift idea for the lowlife in your life.

Here’s something for people who want some boom outside of their boom - I mean room. Landport’s cube speakers are so tiny, calling them ultra-portable would be an understatement. I say they’re ultra-losable. Measuring just 26 mm x 26 mm x 26 mm (appx. 1″), these 0.8 watt speakers are smaller than an iPod shuffle.

The speakers whisper boom for 4 to 5 hours, after which you can charge them via USB. If you still have them, that is, and have not mistaken them for candy. They’ll be out by next week in Japan. Where weird shit comes from. If they come up with a widescreen HDTV that can fit on a nostril I wouldn’t be surprised. But I would be interested.

If you remember the NES game M.U.S.C.L.E. as one of the worst (and silliest) timewasters in all of history, then these tiny USB wrestlers are just the thing you want exercising suggestively on your desk.

In Japan, these fellows are well-known figures from the Kinnikuman manga. Elsewhere, they would probably be more recognizable if they were made of rubbery pink PVC (or NES-era pixels).
They look like flash drives, yes? No, that would be useful, and we can’t have that. Instead, these guys exist only to hump your actual USB devices into oblivion. Alternatively, if you’re looking for any excuse to put off doing anything productive while sitting at your computer, you can stage tiny, awkwardly-positioned wrestling matches.

Brando is known for their many computer gadgets and USB devices, but this one is especially cool. The USB Notebook Cooling Pad is not your ordinary USB-powered computer cooler. In fact, this one features a HDD Slot built right into it.

This laptop cooler measures in at 300m x 252mm x 32mm. It weighs just 504 grams and looks pretty stylish. But besides its looks, this Cooling Pad is actually equipped with three USB hubs, making connecting your devices much easier. Plus, it features a 2.5-inch SATA HDD slot, so hooking up external storage shouldn’t be a problem, either.
The HDD slot supports up to a 250GB SATA HDD. With two fans, this Cooling Pad is one of the most feature-filled I’ve seen. You can get the USB Notebook Cooling Pad now for $33. When using it, just make sure not to bump your HDD or other devices on anything as they stick out of the back of the Cooling Pad.

I might buy one of these myself. For myself. Then wrap it myself and open it.
