While you might have never heard of Atomic Floyd before, they are definitely doing a good job at becoming memorable in the overcrowded headphone industry. Take these AirJax headphones, for example. They’re made from unique materials and sport a seriously stylish look.

The AirJax headphones go in your ear, but they have earloops for extra security. They’re really sleek looking too. But that’s not the half of it. The earloops are made from Titanium2. What does that even mean? Plus, acoustic steel is used.
Apparently, acoustic steel is a steel that has been heat-treated to make for optimum audio. Plus, the in-ear portion can be turned and rotated to fit in your ear as comfortably as possible. The AirJax headphones will launch in the UK first in December and are expected to cost the equivalent of $180.

ZAGG is pretty well known for their accessories and these new Z.buds earphones just add to that fact, adding one more category to the company’s product range. Interestingly enough, the Z.buds have already received the status of 2009 CES Innovations Design and Engineering Showcase Honoree.

Some of the features housed within the sleek package of the Z.buds includes passive noise cancellation, which makes it so conversations and music can be heard much more clearly, fuller sound and more. The cord is made out of nylon, making for a more durable product and you have many options when wearing the earphones.
For instance, you can wear it around your neck, the back of your neck, over the ear or however you feel comfortable. Both black and red color options will be available. You have the added benefit of these earphones acting as a handsfree headset as well, with a built-in microphone, in-line volume and more. These earphones cost $64.99. You can pre-order them now, but they won’t be shipped until December 1st.

The first time we heard of Tritton it was for a set of USB powered headphones that offered surround sound without the need for a surround sound card on your PC. The headphones worked fairly well and allow computers without a sound card to get a taste of surround sound gaming.
Tritton is back with another new product called the AX Pro 5.1 Surround Sound Headset. The headphones are true Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound capable and offer in-line volume adjustment. They work with DVDs, PC, Mac, PS2, PS3, Xbox, and any other device with an optical out.
The illuminated control offers separate volume controls for front, center, rear, and subwoofer controls. Eight independent speakers create real surround sound. An external controller features a built-in DAC allowing direct connection without any other hardware. The headphones will retail for $179 at stores around the country.

If you have a kid learning the guitar chances are your ears could use a break. You’ll want to invest in this Yamaha Silent Nylon String Guitar. Plugging in a pair of headphones lets you practice at your own pace without annoying everyone around you.
You can also connect a CD player into the guitar itself so you can play along directly with the music, despite the fact that CDs are pretty much obsolete. Why they didn’t just build an mp3 player in it is anyone’s guess. Still, it’s a nifty instrument to have around. Especially fo those living in small apartments. The Yamaha Silent Nylon String Guitar will retail for a hefty $499.99. But silence is golden.
