R-PMO (Real-time Performance Monitoring) is a function falling within the range of applications network management system that enables real-time monitoring of network resources by identifying and correcting problems in the system "on the fly", thereby optimizing the network of cellular regard as a whole.
Testing of the functions R-PMO conducted in three regions of the macro-network OAO "VimpelCom" - Moscow, the Siberian and South.
