Console version of Diablo III “theoretically possible”
Diablo III is for the PC and Mac only. There’s no console version coming whatsoever, or at least that’s what Blizzard told everyone when they announced the game. However, they may already be changing their tune.

During a recent interview, Blizzard VP of Game Design Rob Pardo admits that a console version of the game is “theoretically possible”. He goes on to mention that there would need to be some changes to the controls in order to make it work, but “Diablo would be the easiest game to translate. But it would still take a bit of work.”
I’m still not sure that I would ever really want to play the game on my 360, or any other console, however, it would be great for those non-PC gamers out there. For some reason I feel the urge to track down an old copy of Diablo for the PlayStation just to see how it did back then.
