Buffalo’s First USB 3.0-powered 12x Blu-ray Burner

Buffalo just introduced the world’s first USB 3.0-powered 12x Blu-ray burner. Known as the Buffalo BR-X1216U3, this external Blu-ray burner is able to burn 25GB of data as fast as possible on the go. What makes the device more special is that it is also backward compatible with USB 2.0 interface. The Buffalo BR-X1216U3 will be sold in Japan at the end of December 2009 for 39100 Yen ($448).
