Barco Releases Galaxy NW-7 Projector

Barco is a world leader in professional visualization. Today, the company is proud to announce the release of their latest projector, the Galaxy NW-7. This projector features a 2000:1 contrast ratio, 7000 ANSI lumens, and a WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution. It also comes with three chip DLP display technology to ensure that the image is crystal clear and free of problems like the infamous rainbow effect. The NW-7 is the latest addition to the company’s Galaxy collection and it is designed for mid-level setups. The 7000 lumens allow the projector to shine both day and night and even outdoors too. One of the main features that Barco has installed is the brightness equalization and warping capabilities. These features let the NW-7 to be used with other projectors and create a seamless picture that can also be tailored to fit unnatural screens like spheres, curved screens, or any other shape. Barco intends the NW-7 to be used primarily for simulators and other big screen purposes that require a 3D projector. Barco has not announced the retail price yet.
