Acer Android OS netbook lands in India

Acer’s dual-OS netbook has found its way to the Indian market. The Aspire One D250 will allow a user to run Windows XP to suffice their normal computing needs or play with Android for light web-surfing. Acer claims Android OS boots in just 18 seconds while shuts down well under 3 seconds.
Rest of the specs includes the same 10.1-inch WSVGA display, 1.66GHz Intel Atom N280 processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Intel GMA 950 graphics, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB ports and webcam.
It will sell nationwide for Rs. 16,999 excluding taxes.
