HTC Touch HD’s WiMAX brother, MAX 4G has been caught live in an all glorified video. The hands-on person speaks in Russian, an alien language to us but nonetheless kept us entertained by scampering quickly through its worthy features in a span of four and a half minutes. He even put a physical side-by-side comparison with iPhone 3G and Touch Diamond.

By now you’re well aware of the upcoming Nintendo Wii Speak peripheral. It’s a microphone that lets you communicate with other Wii users online. Some of you have eagerly waited for it. Ars Technica discovered that it comes with a 16 character code to download the “Wii Speak” channel. Thing is, it’s a one time use code. You can not replace it if lost.
That’s right, you can NEVER sell it, NEVER give it away and NEVER use it on another Wii Console other than the one it was downloaded on. I hear ya. It sucks. I consider it a scam on Nintendo’s part. I for one won’t be buying this useless turd. Nintendo isn’t going to tell me what I can do with hardware I purchase. I’m gonna get a friend to buy it and download onto my system. Then I’ll act dumb when it doesn’t work on theirs later.

Hey users on Cricket Communications, Motorola has got something interesting for you – however, interesting only for someone looking for a cheap phone. The VE240 in its candybar form factor has got a few features to boast for, that includes, a music player, Bluetooth with A2DP and an expandable memory slot that supports up to 4GB. Oh yes, it runs on the native Moto UI but that shouldn’t be much of a hassle if you’ve used any Moto phones in the past.
The VE240 will be available from Cricket Communications and MetroPCS in the coming weeks for $89.99 after a $30 rebate.

Most of us have a pretty boring routine. Designer Andy Kurovets had some fun with that fact with this watch that leads the user through the six stages of their average day. It starts with Wake Up!, then leads us through our commute. Next we are sitting at a PC at work, before eventually returning home to watch TV and finally going to bed.
Each stage lights up red at the proper time of day, so you know where you should be. If that’s too depressing for you, or if you get amnesia and forget your daily grind, it also features a regular readout of hours and minutes. It’s just a concept, but it’s a watch that fits most peoples mundane schedule.

20×200 : think-make-think…. Clifton writes -
In April of 2007, John Maeda wrote a haiku entitled think-make-think and posted it to his blog. I think that it went relatively unnoticed. Over the next few months, that haiku often found its way to the forefront of my mind. When our studio, the Public Design Center, acquired the remnants of a discarded arrow sign, it was immediately clear to me that think-make-think was the perfect piece for the sign due to the haiku’s small size and its potency.
